My very first role was in Business Development, after that elevated to County Board Administrator yet again to Director of Operations to the County Executive, running the day to day operations of about 15 Departments, including Finance, Highways, Land Use, and It. For twelve years I had been also in charge for preparing and implementing the County’s Spending plan. During this particular time I also worked two jobs in order to earn my Associates Degree in Business Management & Bachelor's focusing in Business Administration.

For 4 years I also served as the Recorder of Deeds, delivering the First ever "On Line" property records research system, digitizing data back to the 1960’s, opening a remote office thru intergovernmental cooperation with DuPage Township, sharing data together with the Veteran’s Assistance Commission as well as all government bodies-saving tax visit homepage dollars, and receiving the County Auditor’s fiscal responsibility award for saving the a great number of tax money.
